It’s also the centre of the traditional steel working industry affording plentiful skills and partners in our supply chain to meet the growing demand for our homes. Our factory produces industrial and residential electric gates also with range of computer controlled (CNC) steel and woodworking machinery, the result of a major recent multi million pound investment in ALM'HOUSES. The result is uniquely creative and value for money modular housing solutions for the UK and beyond.
ALM'HOUSES are built with a steel frame to stand the test of time and last for generations of use. Our solutions offer class leading insulation, air tightness, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, all built around our strong galvanised steel-framed structures. This is the basic essence behind all ALM'HOUSES, whether in the park home or normal residential sector.

ALM'HOUSES can build your house on a turn-key basis. This means we construct the complete outer structure for you, including the roof, roof drainage, external doors and windows.We also do all the painting and decorating work, the floors are laid according to your choice of tile or carpet, and the bathrooms are equipped with sanitaryware and fittings. This option also includes complete electrical and plumbing installations.
