ALM'HOUSES is not your average house builder. We aim solely to offer innovative and unique designs serving the modular living market. Due to the relatively compact sizing, we are able to build our homes in two or more complete sections in our state-of-the-art factory. The homes are then delivered and installed on site in a matter of hours or days. Reducing the time on site not only reduces costs considerably versus traditional construction methods, but it also allows ALM'HOUSES to monitor quality at every stage of the build, with added control over all waste generated to reduce environmental impact at every stage.
Why Us
Our solutions offer class leading insulation, air tightness, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, all built around our strong galvanised steel-framed structures. This is the basic essence behind all ALM'HOUSES, whether in the park home or normal residential sector.
ALM'HOUSES can build your house on a turn-key basis. This means we construct the complete outer structure for you, including the roof, roof drainage, external doors and windows.We also do all the painting and decorating work, the floors are laid according to your choice of tile or carpet, and the bathrooms are equipped with sanitaryware and fittings. This option also includes complete electrical and plumbing installations.

Depending on the type of home and application, there may be no need for planning permission. Alternatively, if permissions are required, as will be the case for most normal residential developments, ALM'HOUSES can guide you through the process using our team of expert planning consultants who specialise in applications for modular housing.
